No tea bags ,no tea before 8 in morning, no parking, no waiter to pick luggage ini. Short no facilities offered except you can stay there.Not good experience

Super deluxe room is the best option for pleasant view. Breakfast is decent. Place is ok (clean at many places but not organised at few places). Food at restaurant is also decent. Tip: don't order deserts as they were basic. Close to mall road. Shuttle service. Staff is very helpful.

Location is good and bad. It depends on how you are going to travel. Anyway hotel takes care of it with help of shuttle service.

staff , cleanliness, food excellent, service excellent view from room and hotel

traveling from mall road to hotel if you are travelling by taxi, they have shuttle service so good otherwise too crowded and conjusted roads. Nothing the hotel can do, not their fault.
