Hotel di fronte alle piste, molto comodo e con ottimi servizi anche per i più piccoli (accompagnano alle lezioni i bimbi la mattina). Buona la ristorazione con attenzione ad allergie

In generale mi è piaciuto tutto, il servizio in generale potrebbe essere più attento ma sono minuzie perché il personale del ristorante e le ragazze del mini club sono stati davvero super gentili

Everything you would expect from a large-scale family-oriented hotel chain on the slopes. Service is pretty anonymous. Catering is pretty generic. This sort of worked for supper, but less so for breakfast.

Lo staff della reception non molto espansivo.( abbiamo avuto un disguido nella comunicazione della presenza per la cena , la signorina ci ha detto di comunicarlo entro le ore 19 ,alle 17 non c era piu posto ,per fortuna il maitre molto gentile ha risolto il problema).I ristoranti nella località erano al completo per via della fiaccolata altrimenti saremmo andati altrove.Ad averlo saputo avremmo comunicato subito la presenza all arrivo. Ragazzini che corrono per i corridoi di notte bussando alle porte....

The WiFi was practically non existent. Which for a large hotel in this day and age was awful. Couldn’t get any work done as nothing would load.

We stayed at this hotel in Passo del Tonale for five nights and overall had a very positive experience. The breakfast was simple but sufficient, the rooms were nice and comfortable, and the service from the staff was excellent and very friendly throughout our stay. The location is good – close to the gondola that goes up to the 3000 Glacier, and also near blue slope 18, which conveniently ends next to a gondola that takes you directly back up to the ski area, from where everything is easily accessible. Overall, we had a positive stay and would recommend this hotel, especially for a ski vacation.

There is no heated pool or jacuzzi, which would have been great for relaxing after a long ski day. A shuttle service to the upper lifts is missing and could have helped reduce waiting and travel time in the mornings. The Wi-Fi was very poor and often not working, which unfortunately forced us to purchase several private mobile data packages during our stay.

La camera era spaziosa e calda con dei letti comodi per un riposo ottimale. Il personale è stato molto gentile sia alla reception che nel ristorante. La cena e la colazione erano ottime e ricche
