I liked all about the accommodation everything was good

The aircon was not working for warming and also I didn't get the password for wifi

- The staff were excellent. I didn't interact with many staff members, but the light-skinned receptionist who assisted us during check-in was outstanding. Even though she was very busy handling multiple check-ins at the same time, she greeted us with a smile, politely asked us to wait, and apologized for the delay. She remained professional, calm, and friendly throughout. She truly managed the situation very well. I would suggest that during peak check-in times, management should provide additional support at reception to assist guests more efficiently. That being said, she was amazing and deserves recognition. - The security personnel were also very friendly and welcoming. -The room had everything we needed, including a bar fridge, which was a nice bonus. - The shower worked well, and we had no issues with it. - The TV was good and easy to use.

The Wi-Fi signal was quite poor. Unfortunately, I didn't enjoy the Wi-Fi experience during our stay. -While the TV was good, I think adding more channels would improve the guest experience.

Location is good, it's easy to get there.. Breakfast was very good.

During busy time, may please add more staff to the reception. We've waited for the long time in the queue to check in because there was only one lady assisting us.
