The bed was very comfortable, there was a selection of pillows, great buffet breakfast, friendly staff, great location.

Lack of storage in bathroom, there wasn't anywhere to put your toiletries. The shower screen leaked water. The room was noisy at times. There was no fresh tea and coffee at breakfast, only from the machine. The hotel didn't feel value for money for the price we paid.

Breakfast was very good with excellent choice of bread and fruit in particular. The Pine Walk location is stunning with wonderful views of the Bay of Pollenca. The staff made our stay very special as they were so helpful and friendly 10 out of 10 !!!!!!

A very small point the fried eggs could have been warmer.

Superbe logement situé en première ligne à Port de Pollença. Nous avons énormément apprécié ce séjour, nous aurions aimé y rester plus longtemps ! Beaucoup de choix au niveau du petit-déjeuner, les pieds dans le sable, que demander de plus !

Staff were excellent and it is such a great location. Good selection at the breakfast buffet. Would certainly stay again.

Maid service was a bit hit and miss, only serviced our room once in the first 5 days. Hot food choices at breakfast were dissapointing as luke warm at best.
