"Good, clean hotel rooms"

Good room. Food was good in the restaurant Jade Room. Staff was courteous abd responsive.

Bathroom tiles getting dirty quite easily. Entry into hotel had a rickety set of wooden steps - safety issue.

The breakfast, the staff - room service, the property itself, seamless facilities.

Nothing of great importance. But being very close to the main road lead to a lot of active noise.

"Over all it was a good stay"

Everything was good

Some road work was happening and i have to get into a lot of small roads to reach the hotel even though the hotel is in the main road. Secondly, some renovation is happening in their parking area and i had to park my car on the road outside. Too much of dust made my car dirty.

"Exceptional"

Very close to railway station, though the approach to Hotel was not easy due to road work going on in front of the hotel. Check-in was smooth and Sundar at the reception counter was very helpful. Room was spic & span, rest room/bath was quite big and very clean.
