La atención de todo el personal. La ubicación es excelente. La limpieza es de destacar en todo el hotel.

La falta de estacionamiento. El tener que dejar el vehículo en la calle no te genera tranquilidad

Das instalações do hotel, com vazamento intenso no banheiro, falta de limpeza nos quartos e muito ruído na comunicação com uma funcionária da recepção

Me encanta la ubicación, el trato del personal(todo!!!) es invalorable: simpáticos, serviciales , alegres…

El gimnasio está escaso de materiales, le falta un banco por ejemplo y pesas de mejor calidad pero está ubicado en el mejor lugar del edificio con unas vistas espectaculares. La piscina climatizada esta impecable.Hubo algunos detalles de funcionamiento( bidet con poco volumen de agua, goteo de un aire acondicionado) que fueron inmediatamente resueltos por Jonathan Perdomo y todos felices
