"Waste of booking the Le grace"

Nothing to like the Le grace

I have booked in 2 days family room the price is 8200 Rupees but they provided in worst room for underground, it's not acceptable for the payment 😞 don't booked it

"dont book here , NEVER PAY advance , there are too many better offline options in Kodai"

toilet flush not working , bathroom door not working , no soap provided no towel provided rooms like dormitory useless staff no resolution provided after multiple complains then when asked for cancellation of remaining saty and refund , they agreed to give better room BUT here also they showed one room in morning and then giving another while shifting in night , as it was already night we had no choice but to adjust
