Faced a problem as they have not provided us the room , said you don't have any booking , i have booked a room through booking.com and got a confirmation msg but when I reached at the hotel they said there is no advance booking and when I asked to provide a room the room charges were more then expected, it was rs 1700 and in booking.com room charges was rs 650. It was a bad experience for me. I request you to never book a hotel from booking.com

nspite of booking well in advance entry was denied at 9.00 pm on 9th May 2023 They told were not accepting booking from booking.com. we have search for other hotel at night 10.30 pm. I called oyo helpline but no use. Don't trouble people with your faulty service. I neither got room nor my refund. But was troubled to the maximum possible
