I cannot fault anything

It's was very pleasant experience... Hospitality was outstanding. Specially the following person is very nice and attentive: Manmeet,Ananya,Tapas,Ganesh Rajak. Food was best and the room service was also very satisfactory. Best wishes to team Sonnet.

Have been a regular here and seen this property go thru all it's changes and renovations..but this is my most recent review of a hotel I have been v close to over the years.. I'll take you through point-wise: 1. The renovated rooms ( was in their 4th floor club room) , though spacious and clean ,was loud in terms of the furnitures and v sterile,lacking a certain warmth of d past. Felt like a good room in a good pvt hospital actually 2. This property is certainly Not senior citizen friendly. They have a wheelchair etc, but the concierge staff seemed almost govt like in their attitude....saying things like: this is d rule and we can't do anything about it....wen I wanted to park my car to the convenience of my octagenerian mum, shocking right? Also, if a maid is travelling with the guest,as was our case for mum, there should be bathroom access separate for them as they're absolutely unfamiliar with the one's attached to the rooms. 3. FO staff helpful, would want to mention Navjot ,he was attentive to our requests for my mum and ensured her comfort, providing a nice bell boy with the wheel chair for mum 4. And ofc, my favourite F&B people at both the restaurants,who I was pleased to see had been promoted to FnB/ restaurant mgrs now from being waiters...Sarat, Richard, Lila was on leave so missed seeing him 5. FP deptt good as expected at Equinox, breakfast was as expected at Cinnamon..good. My brother,who stays in London,always has the Pressure Cooker mutton on his bucket-list and he was v happy this time too ! 6. House Keeping good, tho could b trained some more in understanding guests, room reqtts. 7. Room service v slow..and inconsistencies in the trays..napkin on one,none on the other types..and they're v slow...a cup of coffee took 20 mins plus to arrive. So some training needed there. 8. I briefly noticed further room renovations in...do keep the rooms warm and tastefully homely.... I am fond of Sonnet Jsr ..as I have been associated with it as a guest since it's inception at Jsr,hence I have taken the time to write this detailed review,with the hope that things will be looked into and improved.

Comfortable stay, kind and warm staffs specially Ms. Nilmani & Mr. Lella. Room was spacious and had all amenities that a guest would need. It was a pleasant experience And staff was very friendly and helpful Overall good service by the entire team And food was also great. We had a great stay with them. I would recommend everyone if they are visiting jamshedpur consider Sonnet 👍

Staff behavior is excellent. Mr. Reshav and Mr. Satwinder from the Front Office Team are exceptionally helpful. Cleanliness and room size are fair enough for the tariff. Room service is very fast. The location is superb. Highly recommended.

The restaurant has a calm ambience and the food exceeded our expectations. Nilmani was a very gracious host and we enjoyed our time there. Although the choice on drinks are limited the overall experience was satisfactory. We would recommend people to atleast visit the place once and check it out.

If you are food lover Equinox is the best place to come. Special thanks to Gourav and Buddheswar for their excellent hospitality and services The ambience and food quality was excellent. Variety of foods, taste and quantity was fantastic. It is highly recommended for others
