"Very good place for a city holiday"

Spacious rooms, nice pool area. Hotel was centrally located, but felt very peaceful inside. Nice place to get that holiday feeling even though you are in a buzzing city

Excellent location. Very friendly and professional staff, all the way from the front desk to the wait staff and the concierge including security at the gates. Great people at this Hotel

Toilet bowl underneath was stained. The bedspreads/ sheets had a few stains

It retains a certain elegance from an earlier era. It’s comfortable and efficient and quiet and clean. Excellent dinner

What it had - that certain elegance - has been made bland and faceless and in most respects it’s just another link in a chain hotel portfolio. Room lighting switches are bewilderingly not user friendly. Almost impossible to turn off the TV. Slightly aging bathroom. The bar is pretty sad if you’re into that

All the staff were excellent at their profession. We would like a special thank you too our lovely room cleaner Mr Manoharan. Also the beautiful Assistant Restaurant Manager Miss Prague Verma and lady but not least the beautiful Gentleman Mr Shaji who looked after us so well in the restaurant.
