The property is beautiful with an amazing view of the lake. There's a lot of common areas where you can lay down and relax and the owners are super kind and helpful! I also loved the little bookcase they have where you can buy secondhand books and they use the money to help women that are struggling financially.

Given that the hotel is right next to the lake, there can be a lot of noise during the night, but we expected that and brought earplugs with us, so we didn't get really disturbed by the noise. The room was also not clean enough for our liking, especially the bathroom, which seemed like it hadn't been deep cleaned in a while.
