Very well maintained and excellent property. Value for money.

The service staff needs to be more responsive. Room is not made up automatically. Have to call housekeeping repeatedly to do it. AC was also dysfunctional and despite complaint it took a while to convince staff that there is an issue. Service in restaurant was very good. Very courteous staff. Menu needs to be more elaborate.

Everything, We asked for laundry service they denied. Even they denied for late checkout just for 1hr .... Food was not good. Breakfast was worst in taste. Plates were dirty ...

Food was expensive with a soda bottle costing 225 per bottle

Good location and Clean resort

Reception Staff was not cooperative asking for additional cost for 1 child even confirming extra bed not required. We had to pay 1500 + tax . Did not received extra bed also. They were arrogant asked to shared feedback as they don't care.

Had a wall view from balcony. Also had wet damps in wall. Which was not looking good.

Food. Too expensive food.

Both are good

specifically for summer vacations this property not have any activates to do infect even allocated swimming pool timeing there is no roof covering so almost not possible enjoy
