La amabilidad y disponibilidad del personal. Es un hotel familiar y te hacen sentir como en tu casa. Tuvimos un problema importante con una reserva para una excursión y Walter se desvivió por darnos una solución. De hecho, a pesar de intentar resolverlo a través del ordenador y llamadas telefónicas y no lograrlo, llamó a un amigo por teléfono para que nos hiciera el traslado por un módico precio. Al final no fue necesario pero para nosotros es como si hubiera sido imprescindible.
