Days Inn by Wyndham Black River Falls - Access to ATV Trail

Front desk people were very kind and the price is reasonable

During my time there, there were multiple different people smoking cigarettes inside, which I did not think was part of the deal of staying there. I would’ve chose a different hotel if I knew that people were smoking in their rooms.

It was close to where my daughter lives

The fridge has black mold growing in it, the carpet in the hallway needs to be replaced. There was dog pee stains on the bed. The windows look like someone spit on them.

Location and suite

I called and asked for the extra room to be close to the suite. They said sure no problem. We get there and the booked extra room was on the second floor. No elevator and we are all in our 70’s. I had to get upset before they gave us the promised room on the first floor.
