The room is too small and needs refreshing. Extremely rude behavior of the staff after they entered the room without our permission and turned off the heating after it was -5 outside. Never again!

"It was a very comfortable stay near the refrath city centre"

It was clean and the staff was excellent. It was near the Refrath city centre. They even gave us a room in the ground floor which was easy to access with the kids

Nothing that I can think of. They could have offered some water bottles in the room. And may be a water kettle

Comfortable and clean room. In a quiet neighbourhood with shops within walking distance. Durect 25 min tram ride into city centre just 10 min walk away

If you want easy access to and from the city, this is perhaps a little far out. Fine for a couple of days where you might have busy days planned.
