Breakfast was okay. However the property is centrally located. The property is very neatly maintained and the ala-carte served is also good.

Wi-fi is not better. This facility has to be made good since most of the travelers have to login and check their office emails. The complimentary breakfast can also be made better with good choices

There was no fan in the room, air conditioner was below capacity for cooling

staff were friendly but that’s about it

no clear signs to easily locate the hotel. possibly one of the worst hotels we have ever stayed at. carpets were dirty with clear stains showing, sheets had stains, bathroom was gross. god only knows when the shower curtain was cleaned. Noisy room, could clearly hear conversations in the next room who kept talking until very late in the night making it impossible for children& us to sleep. AC cut off not sure when and dint come back on until after making repeated calls to reception. Booking.com gave an option to request for an extra bed for free which I did but the hotel staff kept harassing to pay for it, before & during check in. all of us got bit by something, not sure if they were mosquitoes or bed bugs. we had hellish night. Food was average.
