The staff was polite. The room was clean. The AC was working properly

The service was very poor. The TV wasn't working. The landline phone wasn't working. The location is very inside in a lonely area. The bed was a bit uncomfortable.

Only the staff behaviour was good. There is nothing to like in the property.

Flush has muddy water. Shower was not working. TV was not working. Split AC was quite noisy. Paint/Putty was broken in room walls. Breakfast or lunch was not available in hotel. They were arranging it from outside through scanning an app QR code. Distance from Prem Mandir is too much. Worst thing is the location. The area is too distant and the property is located in desolation. No complimentary water bottle.
