The location is nice. Heart of the southern part of the city. Peaceful location & green neighborhood. Plenty of boutique cafés within walking distance.

Rooms are too cramped up. Washroom is absolutely basic. This hotel feels and looks like a typical low-budget option, but the price ia certainly not.
