Hotel Rokiten

Room size, clean, breakfast selection, food choice, secure parking, comfortable bed.

No elevator, no coffee in room just tea selection, two mugs not three as per booked capacity, 8pm cutoff for food.

This is my second stay in this wonderful hotel. The staff were very considerate and went above and beyond to help. The bed is super comfy. Supermarket is convenient and the disc golf course is excellent.

The staff was so nice and helpful. We took a train and the train station to the hotel is quite far. We got to the town 9pm, the train station was closed, and then taxi didn't pick up my calls. Also, Ubar canceled my request. I was a little panicky, I called the hotel for help and they called a taxi for us to pick up. The food and beer was amazing as well.

I highly recommend driving there if you go to this area. It's a sleepy little town, it gets really quiet at night.

Hotel was very clean. The young ladies who served our dinner and checked us in were very helpful especially because they spoke English. We had trouble finding a taxi that spoke English to take is to the Mucha exhibit. We finally found it and a lady at the Museum in the castle spoke English and she called a taxi to take us back to the hotel. We found a nice restaurant to eat at and sit outside up the hill past the Albert grocery. The people there did not know English either, but helped us pick great food! It was a fun stay!

The stairs were difficult to climb with our suitcases--we are all in our 80s.

Nicely located, next to the open swimming pool (extra paid, manages by other owner), friendly and helpful staff (but had some problems with communication in English), comfortable bed, well equipped (would consider providing the kettle in each room)

Rooms with the view to the parking area were noisy during the night - animals located next to the hotel (deers) and the supplier's lorry (?) made a lot of noise. Had to sleep with a closed window. Tried to use the air condition but it was not an option in long time period because it was just above the bed (room 4) Next time I would take a room with the view to the opposite side (buildings). All rooms are located on the second floor, no elevator provided in the building- can be a serious issue for disabled or older people.

Nice and clean hotel in the heart of the village. Deers in the garden, nice and cute.

Beautiful renovations, clean comfortable rooms. Comfortable bed! Which is huge a lot of hotels give you bricks to sleep on. Very accommodating even though we were the only guests that night, they gave us a private little Continental breakfast.
