One of the worst experiences. after booking and getting a confirmation, i reached the property, they told me that my booking was cancelled. Very unprofessional and rude. Would not recommend this to anyone. Not fit to be in the hospitality industry

Very unprofessional and unreliable front office especially a person named Ram. He needs to be kicked out. Definitely not recommended to anyone.
