The location is good. Staff are well mannered.

There was cockroaches in the wash room/ De infestation not done. Lacking maintenanace. The buffet Breakfast in not value for money

Room doors need repairs.Foul smell was there in the room for initial few hours.

Too small room size

We were disappointed with our recent stay. The room was not properly cleaned, and there was a lot of dust and dirt present. The bathroom was also not maintained well and did not meet basic cleanliness standards. Another issue was the breakfast. We expected complimentary breakfast during our stay, as we have stayed at this hotel many times before and have always received it. However, this time we were asked to pay for breakfast for everyone, and the reasons provided did not seem justified. AC was not working properly As regular guests, we expected better service and consistency. We hope the management will address these issues and improve the overall guest experience.
