Absolutely FANTASTIC location and staff team. Beautiful mountain setting, cosy fire, huge quadruple room and excellent food in the restaurant. The staff were always helpful and smiling and patiently answered all our questions and gave advice . Plenty of storage for ski equipment and the sauna and wellness area was perfect. There were toboggans to use and our favourite thing was to travel in the skidoo- awesome fun!

Śniadania dobre nie ma się do czego przyczepić. Natomiast lokalizacja w zimie ok. Jeżeli ktoś czuje się na siłach zjechać czarna lub czerwoną trasą prosto ze stoku do hotelu. Jak nie to pozostaje wejść 200 m pod górę ze sprzętem. Kelnerzy słabo znają angielski.

W hotelu cisza spokój, goście wzajemnie sobie nie przeszkadzają, Jest miejsce na sprzęt narciarski. Ciepło i przytulnie, wszystkie płatności dokonasz na pokój i ostatecznie rozliczysz przy wyjeździe. Jak jesteś z dziećmi to jesteś skazany na hotel wyjście na pieszo do miasta prawie nie możliwe. Do hotelu zimą jesteś skazany na dojazd skuterem (weźmie 4 osoby i bagaż wraz ze sprzętem narciarskim) innej opcji nie ma, a koszt nie jest mały, do tego koszt parkingu, opłata w automacie poza kosztami hotelu.

Smaczne, obfite śniadania. Lokalizacja tuż przy stoku. Sauna (dodatkowo płatna). Zaskakująco bogata karta dań w porze kolacji.

Nasz pokój wymagał dłuższego wietrzenia, po wejściu zapach był średnio przyjemny. Mieliśmy wrażenie, że to wina starej szafy lub drewnianych ścianek. Obsługa na barze czasem zakręcona, jakby były tłumy a w restauracji raptem 6 osób.
