Worst service by the staff Very rude behavior

There are multi issues: Food related.......... Firstly there is no kitchen / restaurant at this hotel, no in-house dinner facility, morning break fast provided by making out side village lady, that to be served with gm's qty only, only two / three items. Ofcourse, for 100/- it is worthy, but it can be improve by taking little more money for business related. Facility related........ firstly there is no lift available. It suppose to be walk on the steps. And If anything want to purchase means.... needs to walk outside 1/2 km. Other support.... not provided the saving kit, dental kit etc...

Nothing....... only thing without pollution we can stay.

I like ambience

1) Bed was Noisy and Uncomfortable 2) AC Should be Split bcoz Window Ac do not cover whole room

Only one towel kept in double room, no tea and coffee sachets. They did provide us with them after we called, though
