Wurden unwissentlich umgebucht in andere Zimmerkategorien und mussten trotzdem den Preis der Suiten zahlen. Zu wenig Betten hatten wir entsprechend auch. Logisch erklären konnte man uns das nicht, ausreden über ausreden.. Booking sei schuld...
