Skala Hotel

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Lovely freshly made Greek breakfasts which we ate on the verandah. Perfect location, just minutes walk from the beautiful beach. Room was very clean and well equipped and the cleaner was fantastic.

There was nothing I didn't like, but to improve the hotel, I would recommend a courtesy room so guests can shower before flying home.

We have stayed in Skala for a number of years but this was our first time at the Skala Hotel and we were not disappointed. The hotel is on the edge of the village so a good location only 5 mins walk into the centre to shops restaurants and bars and a 10min walk down to the sea front and beach. The hotel is stylishly modern and decorated in tranquil colours. Our room was on the first floor, there are no lifts, we are in our seventies if you cant carry your luggage up a flight of stairs you may find this a problem, we didnt. Breakfast is a combination of a vast buffet of fruit juices, cold meats, cheese, fruit, dried fruit and nuts, cereals, jams, toast and yogurt with freshly cooked eggs dishes to your order and pancakes. Coffee and tea is also made to your order. The breakfast service manager got to know my husbands coffee order and had his latte done as soon as we reached our table and his second cup as soon as he had drunk the first, he wont get that service at home!! Our room was a good size and we had plenty of hanging, drawer and shelf space. The balcony was large with a table and 2 chairs and a pull out handing rail to dry beach clothes etc. Towels were changed daily and bedding twice a week. The housekeeping staff made our towels into amusing towel art every day and managed to service our room whilst we had breakfast which was exceptional.

The only comments I would make were that the overhead shower head did flood the bathroom floor when you used it so the shower and toilet room was more of a wet room only way this could be made better is to change the style of the shower cubicle so not really an option. The wash hand basin is outside the wet room with shelving to hold toiletries and loo rolls. It would also have been nice to have cushions on the balcony chairs as the chairs were metal and did get hot to sit on when they had been in the sun.

Nagyon jól frekventált hely , nagyon tiszta . A reggeli friss volt mindig, viszont lehetne egy kicsit változatosabb :/

Die Lage zum Strand. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Man konnte verschiedene Speisen extra bekommen. Frisches Obst. Zimmerservice top. :) Jeden Tag neue Handtuchkreationen auf dem Bett. Wir werden dieses Hotel bestimmt wieder buchen 😊

Im Bad das Waschbecken war ein bißchen klein.

Really great location only a short walk to the beach, and in the heart of the town. Well appointed rooms with everything you would need for your stay (coffee and tea, hairdryer, toiletries, pegs and washing line, coat hangers. Great breakfast with a good range of options and hot selection cooked fresh.

Our bathroom was small and the shower did leak onto the bathroom floor - it is a wet room so this was not an issue but did not drain easily so took the whole evening to soak away. This didn't affect our stay or enjoyment of the hotel.

Good location. Good breakfast. Room comfortable if a little small.

A bit of road noise outside our room.

The property was clean, modern and in a great location, close to the bars, restaurants and the beach.

Nothing we didn’t like but a pool at some point would definitely add to the positive experience.
