Hotel Srem

Nice foto but far from reality!

Because is not what i was think about after i see the stars of the hotel and the picture. Is completely different!!! If o was known i was never take reservations. Maybe is ok for others but 100% not for us.

I don't write bad reviews but I got really upset with this hotel.I wasn't feeling well so I wanted to go to my room and have some tea they didn't have a kettle I went downstairs staff was having tea and they've told me there is no kettle and all the shops are closed now. I went back to my room and hoped to have a good breakfast next day I couldn't use internet no good signal I couldn't make TV work and I gave up and slept Next morning I went downstairs so I'll eat something and take medication they said no breakfast but I've only pick this hotel for breakfast. There was much cheaper options I am really upset

Comfortable beds, warm rooms despite very cold winter temperatures outside. Very nice staff at the reception and at the bar.

The only negative was that the toilet wasn’t clean (odor) and the trash bin wasn’t emptied when we have arrived. The rest was very good in the room, clean and comfy
