We loved the overall feel of this hotel. We had the spa all to ourselves which was amazing, we were very fortunate to be there on a Monday night when the hotel felt completely empty.

I was dissapointed by the spa size, I understand this is limited by the hotel size so I wouldn't consider it a downside to our stay.

"Najlepšie postele v ubytovacích zariadeniach v Štiavnici"

Izba bola krásne čistá, aj keď zariadenie izby zodpovedá 5* hotelu, velmi oceňujem designové detaily - napr. osvetlenie a dostatok miesta na osobné veci v kúpeľni a premyslené podzemné parkovisko. Čo ma však najviac prekvapilo, je nádherná raňajková reštaurácia, výborný výber, krásne nachystané stoly a hlavne úžasne naleštené sklo!!! Najväčším pokladom tohto hotela je ale personál - prešla som už mnoho hotelov, ale taký profesionálny a zároveň srdečný peraonál som ešte nikde nezažila.

Pri vstupe do izby bolo trochu cítiť odpad, inak nemám čo vytknúť.
