.The location was good. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with plenty of amenities, all functioning perfectly. Although I stayed for only one night, it was very comfortable. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free.

The security guards at the main gate and entrance lack basic respect and courtesy. They do not know how to communicate properly with guests. Additionally, the staff's assistance during my checkout was disappointing.

The hotel was informed by email and telephone about late night arrival. I was told they have room service for food - dinner. On arrival I was told that room service is only till 10pm. I ordered food from outside, but when the delivery person came with food, I was told by front desk no out side food is allowed. Thus effectively, in middle of night I was told to go out looking for restaurant for dinner!!! In spite of request for Non smoking room, I was given smoking room, I could hardly sleep on empty stomach as well as the lingering smoke in the room. This affected my day at Amrita hospital where I was attending the cardiac conference. I was promised the room will be changed to non smoking the next day but it was not done. Hence I checked out of the hotel next a day earlier than planned, in spite of having paid for additional day's stay. No refund was given. Not at all 5 star. Very poor service and staffs are no cooperation. Very bad experience. I don't know how Booking.com gave 8.8 rating. There is no collection of food in the breakfast. No worth for money. Never go again and will not recommend
