"Front desk is very rude. They donot have a right decorum to speak with the customers."

Rooms were spacious but not in a good condition. In some rooms the selves were broken & in another AC was leaking

Front desk or the so called owner who manages the property was very rude. they donot have the decorum to attend to the guests. They talk to customers like rowdies. 24X7 they have a dog tied near to the stairs & adjacent to the lift so that we need to call them every time we step out. The geyser are linked with 2 rooms! Unless the valve is opened by the other room, the room adjacent to it will not get hot water. Totally it is not customer friendly Very rude with the customers. They do not have any option of Tea/Breakfast/food. They just mention that they do make arrangements but follow up drains all our energy.
