The staff were very helpful.

The cupboards were in bad shape. Unclean and low quality. The room was too small. The extra mattress and beddings given were not very clean.

I liked the location

The receptionist has charged me an extra amount than what was shown in beforehand while making the booking. I asked him why? They said if I don't like it, cancel it and go somewhere. I didn't like that 1 bit and hope the issue will be escalated with the relevant departments.
