Niketana @ Boat Club

Worst was the breakfast arrangement. Several guests had left the table after waiting for an hour after ordering food. our food came 40 minutes late and the taste was very bad.

Food and service were very bad. Rooms were simple but OK.

Great location, lovely breakfast, wonderful staff. Special shoutout to Niranjan, Kabilan and Mani. I would definitely stay here again.

The ambiance

The bathroom is too tiny and shower control is not good.

I had a fantastic stay, and I must commend the Kabillan staff for their courteous and helpful nature throughout. I believe that the staff's behavior was even more impressive than the quality of the accommodation itself. Also the Server at Restaurant also was very helpful with great attitude

Pls keep neat towels Exhaust fan needed in toilets Keep some coolers in the sit out area to get some coo air Property concept is very Good and pls maintain the same

Food can be improved

The place is like a home away from home: cosy and pretty with unjal and chairs placed in different areas so you could sit with a cuppa tea and enjoy a nice chat. It's also wheelchair friendly so one can bring seniors here too. The location of this house is in the best area in chennai city and walking score is 100! We enjoyed taking long walks along boat club and madras club areas. The food served at breakfast is also quite good with lots of options. The staff are so helpful! The rooms are large and comfortable as also the bathroom. I would definitely visit Niketana again!
