To guarantee your reservation, the property holds your credit card details provided in the booking process, to then make the 100% charge as maximum 3 days before the check-in date. You are notified of total amount of tax to be paid during and after completing the reservation process. If the reservation is canceled, there may be charges due. Check-in is at 3 PM, you can arrive earlier and make use of the facilities while your room is ready. Check-out is at 12 PM (midday), you can return the key and enjoy the facilities the rest of the day. If you do not check-out by 12 PM (midday), you will be charged Q 100 for each hour or extra fraction. Children under 10 years stay free of charge and are not eligible for complimentary breakfast. It is forbidden to consume alcohol inside hotel facilities that have not been purchased at the property. The only exception is having obtained prior authorization and paying uncork fees. For the well-being of all, noise is not allowed after 10 PM inside or outside the rooms. All guest must show a valid ID & credit card when check in. All special request are subject to availability and may apply charges on them. The entrance of pets has an extra cost of Q100. Please bear in mind fireplace is decorative.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
