Purtroppo nulla, pessima esperienza sotto ogni punto di vista! Forse la gentilezza di porsi di uno dei ragazzi dello staff, per il reso nulla!

Camera davvero scarna per un 4 stelle , in ogni caso troppi problemi e notte passata insonne. Materasso alto 10 cm pessimo, nessun sostegno , abbiamo passato la notte insonne a girarci e rigirarci perchè sentivamo le doghe della rete. Io con problemi alla schiena mi sono alzato con dolori lombari . Lo abbiamo fatto notare la sera stessa ma non c erano alternative , essendo arrivato tardi non ho avuto tempo di vedere altro altrimenti sarei andato via. TV non funzionante, abbiamo provato a sintonizzarla con lo smartphone perchè il telecomando neanche funzionava, prendeva 10 canali male, nemmeno la rai. Fatto risalire subito ma nessuna soluzione. L areatore della camera vibrava e faceva un rumore assurdo, fortuna che si poteva spegnere ma ci siamo morti di freddo la sera. Un hotel cosí non può avere piú di 2 stelle, a partire dal materasso, ci sono degli standard. Lamcolazione dozzinale, tutto confezionato . Pessimo pessimo pessimo.

Cordialità e disponibilità dello staff.Ottima colazione con dolci fatti in casa.Abbiamo cenato nel ristorante dell'hotel,servizio ai tavoli ottimo come anche i piatti ordinati.

Ottima struttura. Ci siamo stati in occasione di un weekend alle terme dei papi. Ottima la colazione ricca di torte e crostate fatte da loro. Abbiamo anche cenato presso il loro ristorante. Tutto super. Ci tornerei
