"Peaceful & Convenient"

The location was perfect, close to major attractions but tucked away just enough to feel peaceful. The concierge gave great recommendations, and we felt genuinely cared for during the entire stay.

Unfortunately, we are forced to book from this location.

The staff are unprofessional, and when you write to them, they don't respond. They responded after you left! Is this how it works? I don't know how the hotel owner doesn't follow up with the staff, or is he the one giving them orders like this? They charged an additional $30 under the pretext of a problem with the booking site, and we know there's no such thing. It's just a scam on the system or taking money illegally. A bad experience, with no ethics or respect.
