people were nice

Room size, no windows (you can't know what time of the day it is from inside), and room smelt like there were a group of heavy smokers in the room right before you checked-in, very un-pleasant.

the hotel is quite good in terms of comfort

it does seem quite expensive for what you get unfortunately baghdad gets regular power cuts and the hotel is on generators. fumes from the generators eventually make it inside the room

الفندق بحاجة الى بارك ( كراج ) للسيارات لان السيارة بجانب الفندق ويبقى النزيل قلق عليها من الخدش سيما المكان ضيق نسبيا .

Cafe

The reception staff member, Ali Youseef, was extremely unhelpful and unprofessional. He was very rigid, not flexible at all, and his attitude completely ruined my mood. He spoke in a disrespectful manner, as if he was doing me a favor rather than providing a service. Unfortunately, someone with this behavior is working at this hotel. He refused to change the room and did not even consider a simple upgrade, despite availability.
