"Ideal & immaculate hotel very close to the airport!"

The hotel was immaculate and very nicely decorated. The location was ideal and within the secure airport compound, making it super easy to get to the airport for a morning flight! All the staff and the manager were extremely welcoming and friendly. We had the best sleep which was just what we needed after a busy week travelling in Iraq. Great breakfast also, would recommend to anyone flying in or out of Basra!

We had a slight mix up at reception on arrival but it was immediately rectified by the manager. Wifi was a bit slow in comparison to other places but this wasn’t a big issue.

"Safe and few steps to the air port building"

Coordination from Hotel team after the booking, even before booking, I had some quires and hotel team respond it quickly. Also complementary fruit plater was served in my room. Overall good experience
