Spacious room and nice pool area (with great sea view). Close to the beach of San Agustinillo and short walk/ride to Mazunte.

Without AC the room gets very warm at night.

Restaurant was closed and that was not mentioned during booking. There was no alternative offered snd nowhere to even get a coffee or water without going all the way down the hill to the main street. Common area around pool felt deserted and uninviting. The staff responded to repair requests promptly (leaking AC, clogged toilet) but was not particularly welcoming. I was willing to pay the higher price for the ambiance and facilities. But unfortunately they weren’t there. I was disappointed.

room and bed was musty, but opening the door helped to air it out by our second night little to no english spoken restaurant was never open very spotty wifi big climb up and down a hill for amenities (fine for us but not suitable for those that cannot walk in the heat)

This property has the most beautiful view and wonderful welcoming staff. Pool and Restaurant on site were so nice to have since we travel with a small child.

I wish they used a few less chemicals in the pool and that they had drinking water in larger containers. I hated having to use so many small bottles.

Getting to it was challenging with narrow crickety roads and all the inclines but then worth it all once you arrive

Pool area is beautiful and overlooks the bay. Quiet at night and calm atmosphere.

Hotel seems popular with families with young children, so good to be aware of this.

Location was perfect, The was unbeatable, The pool was a huge plus and The Staff was VERY friendly and helpful. The restaurant on site for breakfast was great, also dinner Tuesday and Saturday nights.

We wanted Rustic and got it, No screens on doors and needed to keep them open to get breeze, but screen over the bed, mosquitos still found a way in. Our room was in the back so less breeze from the ocean. AC was available for an extra fee.
