Location is good and the maintenance staff came as soon as we had an issue with the door lock AC Was super efficient

Breakfast was super poor in choices ...bread and pastries were dry ...no coffee or tea only on request..and when requeted it was seriously bland .. Cleaning staff entered the room without knocking...in middle of the day ...although i put the clean my room from the morning! Resulting the room was not cleaned for two days cause we just came in after a long day out Bedding needs to be re-considered it was not comfortable what so ever

I would like to thanks the reception and the whole staff specially (MR.farhad ) and Mr.mohammed ate the bar they are the most professional people . The hotel good for relaxing , meetings , family and quality time

No guests allowed upstairs. Which is bothering and felt not ok . And embarrassed

Lovely hotel, I love the decorations and the architecture of it. The staff were so friendly and nice. It shows how much effort they’re putting into their work. This hotel has high potential!!

Some of the facilities needs a little bit of maintenance.
