The staf are very helpful and do their job well.

I didn't like the noisy air conditioner, which looked like it was from prehistoric era. There are not vegetarian options at breakfast. However, the staff are trying to help.

The staff was fantastic, easy access to trikes and tuk tuks, and the room was clean.

The TV was the smallest TV I've ever seen in an apartment or hotel room! Also they charge 100 pesos to use an iron and it's a per hour charge! I've stayed on three continents in multiple cities, a multitude of vacation spots. I have never, ever, ever, been charged to use an iron! That is absolutely ridiculous!
