close to the train station and to the airport. we paid 25sar from train station and 35sar to airport. a pharmacy and a grocery available next doors. spacious clean and nicely furnished reception and rooms. corridors smells well. clean and new elevators. comfortable large bed. the hotel designer paid attention to details, combining the useful with the pleasant. a warm welcome from receptionist, who actively did our check in and gave us information about the area. This hotel was a good surprise, which we actively recommend.

far from Haram - free shuttles could be a great option. no restaurant, only cafeteria. Using Hungerstation app, only Al baik delivers to that area. However, a restaurant is about to open in the same building.

Nice, new, clean room, comfy bed and pillows, very quiet ( a bit out of the city).

We had to wait for our room to be cleaned for about 40 minutes, although I've put our time of arrival at 3 pm, and it was approved here on Booking. Staff doesn't speek english so it's hard to communicate. Bad smell from the drainage pipe.

Had a best sleep there. Good beds, all clean, quite.

The location is on the road far from the city center. There is a restaurant and a store 500 m down the road, but we were only women there, so getting a bit of a stare. Everyone was nice though. (Wife of Kresimir is writing.)
