Exelente

Instalaciones limpias, cómodas y seguras. Personal amable y colaborador. Habitación silenciosa y tranquila. Pasé una noche muy tranquila. Además solicité cena y estuvo deliciosa. Gracias a todo el personal mi estadía fué agradable.

Good place to stay once you decide to get rest.

No hay agua caliente, dice que incluye desayuno, pero luego no es asi. Muy alejado de todo.

The staff were very friendly and the room was ok!

The bathroom wasn’t the nicest, I seen a worm of some sort run across the floor in there.

It was too hot and the staff too loud. The rooms weren't as described. We got assigned a room that smelled of humidity and could hear the reception as if they were in your own bed. Then we got moved to the very back right next to the kitchen and we still could hear them as they communicate by screaming across the corridor. The people in the kitchen played loud music very early and when I asked to lower it down they played it louder. Not at all close to the centre it's almos 1 hour walk which under the Cartagena sun I would not recommend. We had to order taxis most of the time. We also saw a huge cockroach the place was quite dirty too. The AC blowed hot air... There was nothing to like and the fact it was non refundable was the only reason for us to stay.

We booked a room, but when we arrived they said they had no room. So we could book another (expensive) hotel last minute.

Anything, the pictures postes on the website do not redvle the current state of the facilities.

First of alla when I arribed and said ‘Good afternoon’ I was not given a greet back; the room was dirty, the fan sounded like it was gonna deoo from the ceiling, the linen was in bad shape and there were a lot of mosquitoes. My worst stay in a hotel so far.
