I have been requesting my invoice for 2 days with no reply

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte e ci siamo trovati molto bene , staff gentile. Camera spaziosa e dotata di tutti i comfort. Abbiamo cenato lì con opzione di cena al buffet. Ottima. Anche la colazione. inoltre si trova in una fattoria in mezzo alla natura. Davvero bello.

Tranquillità e simpatia del personale

The hotel was peaceful and quiet. Also the dogs were cute. Decent breakfast but more cheese options would be nice. My husband enjoyed the cured lamb leg as one of the breakfast choices. Although the horses weren't ready for riding for the season, the owner provided us suggestions for local tour companies in which we appreciated and made a booking with.

In our three night stay, not once did I see a staff member located at the reception desk. Even when I rang the bell (it said to ring bell if no one was at desk), nobody showed up. The hotel listing on booking.com seems to imply that there would be horses and riding tours offered, which was one of the main reasons we booked our stay here. I messaged the owner (since I could not find a staff member to ask the quesiton), and he said that the horses were not ready for the season yet. I wish we knew this in advance.
