Die Lage, zum Stadtkern 100m ist für ältere Leute sehr schön erreichbar.

Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist " als rustikal" zu bezeichnen, man könnte auch -alt dazu sagen. Eine Auffrischung wäre wünschenswert, auch wenn es zur Bergregion und Lage passt.
