"friendly and welcoming"

it is a family run business and everybody is very friendly and very helpful. we were made feel welcome. the breakfast was excellent. the size of the room is on the small side and, like in so many hotels, the lighting lets them down

"Best choice in Milano Marittima"

Wonderful place! Excellent Italian Traditional Food, literally 1 minute on foot from the beach. Clean, neat and very nice staff. We’ll be back soon! If you remember, don’t  forget to ask for a room with view on the sea...
