La finca es espectacular; el acceso, los espacios exteriores, las instalaciones de la piscina y los viñedos hacen de este hotel una oportunidad única si lo que quieres es un ambiente rural pero cuidado.

La atención a los detalles en un hotel de lujo, aunque rural, es clave para mantener al huésped en la experiencia. A la llegada nos atendió un señor en chanclas, aunque amable, simplemente nos dio un mando y nos comentó que había un evento y que no podríamos circular libremente por el recinto ademas de que no había restaurante para esa noche. La habitación que se nos asignó, aunque con un estilo de otra época era correcta; sin embargo, de noche y de madrugada oímos constantemente crujir las tablas de madera del piso superior, los pasillos y las escaleras; al acostarte parecía que llacieras en un barco de madera, sin contar, evidentemente, el ruido por el evento de esa noche. Por último y más importante, aunque los trabajadores fueron muy amables, destacaré dos detalles más y muy negativos para esta reseña: la dirección del hotel apenas se comunica en inglés, y tampoco tuvo ningún reparo ante un problema sin importancia para nosotros sobre la cuenta del restaurante en dejarnos claro con sus gestos, balbuceo en italiano (que entendemos) y malas formas que no le importa el respeto al cliente. Quedamos con la sensación que hay clientes de distintas clases y que ante las adversidades hay que espabilarse. Cualquier época de lujo pasada para el casino, fue mejor.

If you want to combine leisure and work, this is the perfect place where to stay. Very quiet, clean, with an amazing country view, full of trees very well maintained. On top of that, you will find a very kind and dedicated hosts, always with a smile, so you feel to stay in a warm house with beautiful people. The restaurant is an authentic gem and I had a fantastic dinner. Breakfast is very nice as well. I will come back with my daughters for sure.

Our entire stay was perfect, from start to finish. Resort Casino di Caccia is a family affair, and the whole family does their part to run the very best holiday stay I’ve experienced anywhere in the world. The villa decor is breathtakingly beautiful, from the fine linens embroidered with their family crest to the Murano glass chandeliers scattered throughout to their gorgeous manicured and illuminated gardens. This villa is their masterpiece and the entire family delivers it on a silver platter for their guests. We stayed in the suite and couldn’t have been more relaxed and happy.

No complaints, perfect in every way

The rooms are very beautiful and comfortable. The pool area and the surrounding invites you to a relaxing stroll.

We had actually chosen the hotel because we wanted to eat and have a drink in the restaurant and then go straight to the hotel without having to drive. One day before our arrival we received the news that the restaurant was closed. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere, so we couldn't have gone out nearby without a car. When I asked why the restaurant was closed and whether they could recommend any restaurants nearby, I received no answer to my questions. When we arrived, it was clear why we couldn't go to the restaurant: there was a wedding taking place. Directly below our room, so the music and the talking and singing of the wedding guests was so loud that we couldn't sleep. The staff were so busy with the wedding that we didn't receive any instructions or information about the resort and the surrounding area at check-in. When we complained about the noise at reception at 11.30pm, the owner of the hotel acted as if she didn't understand what we meant. She said that as our room was on the second floor and the music was on the ground floor, it could hardly be loud and reacted with a complete lack of understanding. She did offer to change rooms, but assured us that the wedding would be over by midnight. Fortunately, the wedding was actually over at 00:00, but we would have appreciated some information in advance or at least an apology at the latest after we complained.

Pillows

Clean, LOVE the interior, comfortable beds, nice and fresh bathroom (we got the ”Angel” room), good facilites, great newer TV, it was just great! Some of the staff don’t speak English but we all managed to communicate anyway. The woman who helped us at check-in and check-out could speak English and were really accomodating and helpful.

It is just a personal preference, but I like to be able to put up a ”do not disturb” kind of sign when I stay at accomodations, this they do not have unfortunately.

Beautiful setting, lovely rooms and tranquil

We booked a suite for 170 euros. When we arrived with our 2 dogs they said the suite didnt allow the dogs which we were fine about as it seemed they were genuinely not aware that we booked for dogs (their website said pet friendly). They moved us to a room in the basement (not a suite - a double) that is the only room they allow dogs . The next day they charged us the suite rate PLUS 60 euros for the dogs . Absolutely dreadful
