A piscina é incrivel com uma vista maravilhosa sobre o rio Zêzere as Instalações, a calma de toda a envolvencia, o salão de jogos é um local muito bom para descontrair e o atendimento dos funcionários é top. Recomendo

La route donnant accès à l'hôtel. Suite a la tempête de janvier la route normale donnant accès a l'hôtel a été condamnée. Par conséquent Il a fallut se débrouiller pour trouver une voie d'accès car aucunes indication de déviation n'était présente. J'ai emprunté une rue non carrossable a travers une zone boisée dans un état pitoyable. Une autre voie d'accès était également utilisable mais tout aussi désastreuse. Vu l'état des voies d'accès il nous était impossible d'aller prendre un repas a l'extérieur,nous nous sommes donc rabattu sur le restaurant de l'hôtel, à notre grande déception. Je pense qu'il serait utile d'informer votre clientèle des désagréments qu'ils encourent lors de leur réservation. Peut-être n'étiez vous pas au courant de la situation desavantageuse de l'hôtel mais je voulais vous en informer Il serait souhaitable d'informer a clien

Beds were comfy and water pressure was really good.

We received a text advising that the road to the hotel was closed due to a storm that had swept through the area five months earlier. We were given two options: take a dirt path, or park at the road closure, carry our luggage over a mound of dirt and signage, and walk roughly 300m downhill for pickup. We chose the dirt road, as we were uncomfortable leaving our rental car on the side of a hill several kms away. The dirt track was extremely steep and uneven in parts, and with rain forecast overnight, we were immediately concerned about whether we would be able to get back out. Upon arrival, there was a noticeable old smell throughout the hotel, and the advertising photos were clearly outdated and did not reflect the current condition of the hotel. We had originally booked two nights, but between the road access issues, the forecasted rain, and the overall lacklustre experience, we decided to stay only one night and find alternative accommodation elsewhere. When we spoke to reception about checking out early, we were informed that the standard one-night cancellation policy would still apply. While we were not expecting a refund, given the disruption caused by a storm five months earlier, we had hoped for at least some gesture of goodwill. Perhaps a discounted rate or complimentary coffee pods in the room (which cost 1 euro each and are usually included at most hotels). Instead, we were met with a cold refusal. Breakfast the following morning was average at best, with much of the food having clearly sat out for some time and gone cold. Attempting to leave was the final frustration. Another couple who had checked out that morning had unsuccessfully tried several times to get their car up the final section of the dirt road, which had become slippery after the overnight rain. We also attempted it multiple times, repeatedly sliding backwards, before eventually trying an even worse alternative track (more of a walking trail than a road) just to avoid being stranded.
