La cortesia dello staff. la pulizia e la posizione lungo e vista mare

Per un Hotel 4 stelle con SPA, nonostante le foto di Booking, mi sarei atteso una camera più ampia ed un letto più adeguato alla tipologia dell'hotel. Scale e ascensore un po' demodè, anche le porte delle camere Sul balcone le tende esterne sono inguardabili, dispiace perchè danno proprio sul lungo mare con un certo passaggio

Das Hotel ist direkt am Meer und der Strand wird sehr gepflegt und ist sehr sauber. Das Hotel hat eigene Parkplätze und ein grosses leckeres Frühstücksbuffet. Die Gemeinschaftsräume (Bar und Esssaal) waren sehr modern, gross und schön.

Unser Zimmer wirkte herunter gekommen. Im Bad hatte man das Gefühl, alles fällt auseinander, die Platten am Boden wackelten und der Zimmerservice kam trotz "Bitte nicht stören"-Schild jeden Tag ungefragt ins Zimmer. Trotz Strandnähe, muss man 30Euro pro Tag bezahlen, um am Strand sein zu dürfen. Auch fanden wir keine Möglichkeit, die Klimaanlage auszuschalten oder zu regulieren. Leider hat es geregnet während unserem Aufenthalt und trotz Nachfrage an der Reception, konnten uns keine alternativen Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten empfohlen werden, was zusammen mit dem eher unkomfortablen Zimmer dazu führte, dass wir (ohne Rückerstattung) früher abreisten.
