"Another great stay"

The staff are great. EV Chargers are a bonus. Nice but basic bar area, good breakfast. The rooms are nice with a good bed and bathroom. Bit of a bonus to have access to a small gym.

I’ve stayed here many times now but some of the room furniture is starting to look a bit worn and dated.

All the staff at this hotel are amazing very friendly always happy to help. the breakfast is lovely and fresh been a few times to this hotel for this reason. Perfectly placed nesr the quayside.

Location is excellent for the Glasshouse venue. Easy to locate just across the Millennium Bridge. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Decent sized room and comfortable bed. Bar prices vary reasonable.

A bit of tlc required.
