Brilliant location handy for train, quayside and city centre. Views from the top floor where we were were amazing. The staircase was spectacular. Communication by phone message was good.

I'm not sure I'd have managed the electric key check in process without my son being with me! We didn't spot the intro letter by the check in with WiFi code..would have been better to email it.

Location and the history of the hotel.recrption area very impressive

Rooms a bit dated and on refection I should have requested a walking shower.just dont like a shower in a bathtub. No drinking water in room and when I asked in bar for water I was only given 1 glass bottle as barman said people steal them.didnt like the implication.
