Rooms were tidy and there was a workout facility

Location. Description of the property is misleading. Booking states it as a Gym Resort.Its not. It is a Full working gym that has rooms available. Think walking into a Golds Gym lobby and renting a room there. Fine if that is your thing. Very noisy, on a very busy thoroughfare and in a less than desirable part of Warsaw...not my words, from my Bolt driver. The manager yelled at me for complaining that it was not disclosed beforehand that my room's cooling wasn't working (during a heat advisory) and that outside my room, major renovations were in progress (noise). No coffee machine in the rooms, broken shower fixture, and last but not least, no elevator. It was very difficult carrying my suitcases up and down three floors with no help offered. They did move me to a room with air the next day (which moving was a hassle in itself), but denied me a 50% refund for the first sleepless night (the heat) and the noise from construction the next day simply trying to rest. As a world traveler with many positive experiences, this 'Resort" has taught me another lesson I thought I already knew...investigate, investigate, and investigate more before choosing a property. A final note, Booking wasn't much help in the matter, as I had hoped they would be. They made a few calls, which only infuriated the manager and offered me a whole $12 to my next booking. Note to FusGym...don't advertise as a Resort. Disclose to potential guests issues that might affect their decision to book your property...this is a concept of Good Faith, and doing unto others as you would have them do unto you. Best of luck.
